UK Flood Control Limited has a large range of products sourced from a selection of specialist suppliers, enabling a comprehensive solution to flood defense for all locations, from residential properties to commercial units with the potential to protect entire communities and towns.

WIPP System

The UKFC WIPP System is a water filled dam available in a range of sizes, from 30cm to 240cm high and any length. To create long lengths, simply overlap the water filled dams.

Sandbag Replacement Bags

UK Flood Control Floodwater Bags are the only re-usable sandbag replacement bag available.

Unlike other sandbag replacement bags, such as the AquaSac and other polymer filled bags, the Floodwater Bags can be filled with water at times of flooding. Once the risk of flooding has gone, simply drain the Floodwater Bags and store, ready for future use.

Other sandbag replacement bags such as the AquaSac are easy to store, but present the same issues as conventional sandbags when it comes to dispose them.

Watergate

The Water-Gate is a portable, self-inflating, reusable water barrier that can be used in place of traditional methods, such as sandbags, rock, or dirt dams. The Water-Gate can be installed or removed in minutes and easily packed and reused for a different application.

Door Barriers

UK Flood Control offers a range of door barriers to help prevent water flooding properties through the door frames. They do not require any permanent fittings to the property they is protecting, making them ideal for use on protected buildings. They take only minutes to install and can be installed during flooding, meaning that little or no warning is required.

Drain & Toilet Plugs

Block Drains, Toilets and other point of potential water ingress using the UKFC Drain Bung.

 In July 2007 UKFC utilised over 400 metres of its WIPP System to surround parts of the Mythe Water Treatment Works in Tewkesbury to allow the flooded plant to be drained allowing restoration work to begin whilst surrounded by flood waters. An additional 1000 metres of the WIPP System was held on standby at our central storage facility for immediate deployment should the flood waters begin to rise.
